Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Having moved to the area fairly recently, this was the first time we ordered an arrangement from Bloom by Nancy and we were very, very pleased! The arrangement was gorgeous, the delivery was made at the time arranged, we received an email with a picture of the actual arrangement before delivery (which I have never seen done before and think is brilliant), the website is easy to navigate, and communication has been excellent. We have found a new florist! Thank you.
